Peacefully at home, Jean Paul Bruneau passed away at the age of 73 years. Jean was a House Supervisor at Jericho Road for 10 years. Since his retirement he has been a consistent supporter - maintaining connections that he has built along the way. He will be missed. #inmemory

Let yourself fall ill. What an interesting concept. Yet when I think about this, it reminds me of surrender. I must first accept, and understand that I am sick in order to start the process of healing. If I deny or ignore illness, behaviours etc. - I cannot let them heal.
