The SAVE act is being wildly lied about. To REGISTER to vote you need one of the following: - A valid U.S. **passport**. - A birth certificate (often paired with photo ID in practice). - Certain military IDs combined with service records showing U.S. birth. - Other specific forms like naturalization certificates or certain tribal/government-issued documents showing U.S. birth or citizenship. To actually vote, after you’ve been registered you would need a photo ID. These are perfectly reasonable requirements for deciding leadership in any sovereign country.

@BlueMightyDuck as some people have already mentioned, people have different skill levels for every class, for example, with tank, im best with gnb, but im not very used to war, so i tend to pull a bit slower with war than gnb, typically moving forward when the current group is less than ½ hp

A Gen Z walked into the interview. Halfway through, the recruiter said, “The role requires 5+ years of experience.” Gen Z nodded. Then asked, “Five years doing what, exactly?” The panel paused. HR clarified, “The JD clearly states 5+ years. You only have 2. Why shouldn’t we pick someone with more experience than you?” Gen Z didn’t argue. Didn’t interrupt. Just asked another question. “In doing it right… or in repeating the same mistakes longer?” Silence. Because everyone in that room knew this truth: Someone can have 10 years of experience and still be average. Someone can have 2 years, solve harder problems, and outperform the team. Time served doesn’t equal competence It just means someone stayed. Gen Z continued, calmly. “I’ve worked with people who had six months on the job and understood the work better than people with a decade.” No disrespect. No arrogance. Just reality. Years of experience became the easiest filter. Not the smartest one. When you don’t want to assess skill, you count time. But time only measures how long someone’s been paid— not how well they can do the work. So Gen Z reframed it. “What actually matters is simple: - Can I solve the problem you’re hiring for? - Can I show you proof I’ve done it well?” That’s it. Because if someone can demonstrate competence in 2 years, they’re already qualified. And if someone can’t demonstrate it in 10, more time won’t fix that. That’s when the room understood. When people say “Gen Z is entitled,” what they really mean is: Gen Z stopped accepting weak filters and started asking better questions. For candidates: Apply anyway. If you can do the work, the years are negotiable. For employers: Stop using time as a substitute for judgment. Hire for ability. Hire for proof. Not for tenure.

@_Halvard Thats something they need to fix, just have the friend system mirror the team leader. I only have this problem when im doing the story event specific category drops. When my whole team is LR's and the friend system give me a TUR that isnt even on the category.

THOUGHTS: Crystal Dynamics should just cancel whatever plans they have for a “unified timeline” and go back to the classic timeline and make a standalone original game featuring classic Lara, with no need for a backstory to be tied anywhere, or continue The Angel of Darkness trilogy in a “newcomer friendly” way🚀 Capcom did exactly that with Devil May Cry 5, dropping the DmC reboot character, and using his likeness for a grown-up Nero while they brought back classic Dante. It didn’t need another reboot, it didn’t need any unification or a backstory, it didn’t need a forced sob story to “show character development”. Tomb Raider was always about being fun-driven. It wasn’t The Last of Us and it doesn’t need to be. And it isn’t about making Lara more or less beautiful, it’s about making her LARA CROFT, the one whose likeness has always been associated with Angelina Jolie since 2001, along with her personality in the movie. Start from there, with gameplay that emphasizes on platforming, puzzle solving and cool weapons for combat in globe-trotting level-based design, and little can go wrong with that. Ditch the hub-based or open world-like/RPG elements, forget what the reboot did and her overdone family story which keeps getting less and less interesting with each incarnation and focus on a fun adventure with a cool, slassy, 90s inspired authentic Lara Croft. Stop confusing people with a third reboot for a game that no one ever played because of a sob story. Surely it attracted new fans because of the F-movie tier underdog narrative that repeated itself in 3 consecutive games in the exact structure, and go back to just being cool, sassy, classy aristocratic 90s bada$$ lady Indiana Jones/James Bond and it’s gonna be perfect. It will even be much easier to maintain forever without the need to worry about a connected story that never added any value to the games🎤
