@ByronMBader Quinn Hughes is going to demand anywhere up to $18M to $20M long term on his new deal next year. If not the Wild, someone will pay him, That's one of the reasons why the Canucks dumped him. Sinking that much in one player is not ideal, regardless of who you are.

@Canucks Maybe the reason Kane wasn't traded was because since he has a NTC, he didn't want to sign off to go play for that team. Vancouver is his home town, and he wanted to stay here. It's absurd to think the Canucks got zero offers for him. Perry who's 41 went for a 2nd.
