NEW: Charges dropped against man seen being punched in the head by Daytona Beach officer The city attorney’s office has dropped all charges against 27-year-old David Anderson. Anderson was arrested in February 2026 for an open container violation and other charges. Bodycam video showed an officer punching him in the head while he was already handcuffed and on the ground.
