CCDC forgets that it is up to the voters, and the voters sent a clear signal when SJPD earned 63% of their votes, and the majority of the vote across over 90% of the districts. It should not be this hard to protect democracy.

CCDC is out of avenues to delay relief. Its motion requesting NJ Supreme Court review is currently pending. We are confident that the NJ courts will continue to see this lawfare for what it is: an anti-democratic grab for raw power/2

The @CCDems are having trouble reading the room. Both the NJ Appeals and NJ Supreme Court denied their emergent motions to prevent South Jersey Progressive Dems from filling vacancies. Today, the appeals court denied the CCDC's motion to stay.

BREAKING: This morning, the NJ Supreme Court REJECTED CCDC's effort to prevent the Cherry Hill Democrat's ability to conduct organizational business and fill the remaining vacancies on the Committee.

@JerseyDemocrats just skimming some of those bios, and man… I do feel like the other side certainly wasn't sending their best. lots of the Dem fiefdoms in NJ aren't even about politics or ideology, just power. these people you're winning against would happily join the GOP if it was in power.

So nice to see them win against some of the absolute worst politicos in the south of jersey...
