just read this nice preprint from @Jeske_Lab and team—such a tour de force testing pairwise interactions of 22 cytoplasmic piRNA pathway machinery using a cool new system called ReLo! and the Discussion section is full of exciting, insightful, testable hypotheses 🤩 sooo cool
