Setting up automated accounting for that side project was a fun and challenging process. Even though @moneybird and @stripe really have the best APIs. This is processing the initial payment. Handling chargebacks, refunds and payouts are separate flows in make.com

Last year I started a side project. The stack only consists of Python as a scraping backend and a free tier Notion site as database + frontend. In the meantime, it gained 200.000 visits and 10.000 unique visitors. No need to over-engineer the setup.

Welcoming Vink (bot) to the Moneybird workforce. He’s the new first responder for all Moneybird support chats. Being able to resolve half of the incoming tickets automatically. Really not bad.
