Q: Did he brandish a gun? KRISTI NOEM: This individual showed up to impede a law enforcement operation and assaulted our officers. I don't know of any peaceful protester that shows up with a gun and ammunition rather than a sign. This is a violent riot when you have someone showing up with weapons

An Operation PARRIS arrest means he was a full-blown refugee with 100% lawful status, on a clear path directly to a green card and eventual citizenship.
With Operation PARRIS DHS is arresting recently-arrived refugees and sending them to Texas to be interrogated and “re-vetted.”
