I believe that this is one of the WHY's for many of us in a support role to be able to witness this moment of joy-when they found out they won the SEC championship! To any observer you would have no idea who contributed big-time routines on this night, who pushes themselves & teammates in practice every day to be great without getting to compete, who may be injured, who is support staff(except for one!). It is a team that I know will not want to take off their leotards when the season is over. @scottpapek @JessKnecht

Love this Lexi. "GE" is something that can help a lot of perfectionists. "Good enough" is not settling for average, but rather because you know you put in the work, you've trained a positive mindset, & you know your teammates & coaches believe in you, that you believe what's about to happen it's going to be great even if what just happened wasn't so great. I tell teams all the time that "one or more of you will be asked to impact winning often when you least expect it. At 24-23 in set 4 Norah DeBrake entered the front row for the first time & helped win the match with a block!!
