The 2022 Homeless Count records a smaller rise in homelessness than prior yrs, but encampments have increased. 84K were placed into PSH, but ppl still fall into homelessness faster than they're rehoused. Our collective advocacy is more critical than ever. lahsa.org/news?article=8…
