. @FlyFrontier last night my flight from RDU to Denver (on my birthday!) was canceled 1.5 hours before it took off. I rebooked for Charlotte tonight and took Amtrak there. Three hours of delays later, the plane is dented. What gives? Gate agents been on break forever
