i am feeling overwhelmed today

it’s 2am and i am still awake and not even remotely tired but at the same time beyond exhausted and starting to feel like i’m not a human ?

it was light when i left the house, it will be light when i leave work, blue sky, sunny, blossom on the trees ….. all little reminders that everything is going to be okay and i feel good

god who knew that a couple of days off work and with sal actually could make me feel better about life again x
