@ThePibbXtra @dodgersjordan Embracing Hassan puker who believed the US deserved 9/11, thinks it’s OK to rape women as long as they are rich, and denies the Holocaust. Then Platner just loves SS tattoos. Beyond the pale

Democrats are very clearly going too far left and are going to blow several winnable races. It’s obvious to anybody who’s been following politics longer than this past decade. They’ll eventually course correct and realize leftists are poison but we can’t afford the lost time

@dodgersjordan Zohran Mamdani became one of the most popular politicians in the county after he was supposed to poison the entire Democratic brand by being too left and most of you still don't get it. The left is here to SAVE you from unpopular moderation.

@dodgersjordan It's just rhetorical tricks that you're playing. Over half the country has a negative view of Israel. Cutting off their aid is the moderate position.

If you are supporting Graham Platner because “he’s the nominee,” you’re no better than the Republicans who fall in line behind Trump. You’re also a perfect example of why people like me don’t want to be Democrats anymore.

Want to talk about political violence? Karen Diamond was murdered in Boulder Colorado by a pro-Palestinian man who screamed "free Palestine" while burning her alive with a Molotov cocktail. Most Americans don't even know this happened.

The Graham Platner tattoo controversy is not about youthful mistakes. It is about the specificity of the Totenkopf. This is not the widely recognized swastika, it is the specific insignia of the SS units that ran the Nazi death camps. This is the symbol of the executioners. This is the symbol of the men that murdered 10 million men, women, and children. These men murdered the babies. For a self proclaimed military history enthusiast to wear the literal badge of Holocaust executioners for 20 years shows a level of understanding and admiration that cannot be explained away. People tattoo on their body WHO THEY ARE and WHAT THEY LOVE. The Democrats are so desperate to flip a Maine Senate seat that they have abandoned every moral red line they once claimed to hold. They have proven that winning at any cost is their only conviction and the Holocaust is just a cheap political prop to be weaponized only against their opponents. This is not just a betrayal of their voters. It is a total moral collapse.

You may not agree with me, but you will always know where you stand with me. Today in Billericay, a heckler tried to shout me down as I spoke about the normalisation of hatred towards Jews. I did not back down, because it needs to be said. British Jews are being targeted and too many people are pretending this is the same experience of other minorities. This lady implied Muslims are being similarly targeted. This is simply not true. Let's be honest about what is happening. Certain groups (in particular but not solely Islamic Extremists) are creating a climate of fear and intimidation that is normalising Jew hatred. I will never stand for that. Governments have spent too long hand-wringing, making excuses and hoping it would go away. It is time to call this what it is: a national emergency in our attitude, our urgency and our response. I will always engage with people who disagree with me. That is politics. But there is a difference between argument and intimidation. Shouting does not make a bad case good. It's done to silence others. And it certainly does not change the truth. The truth is that British Jews have been made to feel less safe in their own country. Our country. They are being singled out, threatened and harassed in ways that should shame everyone in public life. If we do not stand up now and stop this rise in antisemitism, then why bother saying "Never Again" at Holocaust Memorial Day? Because this is how it starts. I am not prepared to play along with the pretence that this is normal, or manageable, or just another example of tension between groups. It really is not. It is targeted hatred and it is getting worse. So my message is simple. Not here. Not in Britain. And not on our watch. We need to stop the hand-wringing and start doing the right thing. That means standing with British Jews openly, unapologetically and without fear.

Democrats are making a big mistake going down the anti-Israel foreign policy road, and it will backfire. Our relationship with Israel is not a charity case - it's mutually beneficial (and every liberal dem who has ever worked in national security knows this btw). Terror plots on U.S. soil are often thwarted thanks to intelligence from Israel, but that's just one example of the advantages of the relationship. Those who argue forget why the U.S. cultivates relationships with democracies around the world and why that's central to our foreign policy. It's because WE benefit from that friendship, whether it's through trade, security, or shared values. And that benefit is a force multiplier because it works not just for own safety but toward global stability. (Read more on democratic peace theory.) Only one group of people wins when they see calls to undermine the relationship with Israel: terrorist groups. They are listening and to them, they hear it as a message of encouragement. That doesn't just threaten Israel and our interests in the region, but it threatens us here as well. Terrorist groups are not just after Israel; they are after the West and all its values. Bending to them is the worst thing we can do. So, knowing this, my question to my Democratic friends is - why on earth would anyone give an inch to terrorist groups and extremists? You are about to lose so many national security experts because of this view. Does that not signal something wrong?

@MichaelQuercia3 @karol I spent 57 years supporting Israel, unquestioningly. That support ended with the commission of Israel's war crimes. I was also in the military and am familiar with the Geneva Convention articles of war crimes. You're trying to create me into something I'm not.

The whole "don't stab Jews because you can't know if they support Netanyahu's policies" is a terrible argument. You're actually allowed to have any opinions you want without getting stabbed. It used to be a whole thing we believed in the west. Don't cater to third worldism.

Jay McGill Says Punch Left and Hold The Center 🫏
Democrats, such as myself lectured the Republicans about putting country over party in 2016, 2020, and 2024. Well now, we are having our "country over party" moment with toxic candidates such as Graham Platner and El-Sayed. We should follow our own advice. Just sayin'...

He's lying as are you. You should be ashamed. The Europeans honored their treaty obligations after 9/11. The US does nor spend trillions on NATO. We spend $567 million a year for NATO operating expenses. What the US spends on defense is based exclusively on what the defense requirements of the US are.
