After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Back before I met my husband, I was trying out a dating app & connected with this guy that seemed sweet. Told me he was a single father, that mom left right after the baby was born & never came back.
