Congrats echoed! Much yet to do to expand role of all primary care pharmacists. Part of the work is to STOP using divisive language like “clinical” pharmacist. Congrats to @ubcpharmacy for negotiating funding to expand pharm role on teams. pharmsci.ubc.ca/news/governmen…. Lots of work to be done to ensure ALL Patient Centred Medical Homes in Canada have a co-located pharmacist AND a community pharmacy team with meaningful, evidence-based roles.
