Totally fair question. The website update isn’t us moving away from Web3 or Ronin. The main reason for the cleaner structure is that a much more traditional audience will be coming through Kaidro soon — manga readers, game players, partners, and people discovering the world for the first time. For them, the first touchpoint needs to be the story, universe, manga, and game. That has always been the foundation of Kaidro. The Web3 side was never planned to be baked directly into the game itself. From the beginning, it was meant to live as a connected layer around the ecosystem through the site, holder systems, rewards, Nexus, and future experiences. So moving Web3 into Nexus is not about hiding it. It’s about giving traditional fans a cleaner front door while giving holders a dedicated place for the Web3 side of Kaidro. That said, I understand the frustration that the holder side has felt like the same loop for a while. That’s fair. A lot of the last year has gone into building the larger foundation — publishing, the game, the site, and the broader IP structure — because that’s what gives the entire ecosystem more long-term value. We’re not abandoning the NFT/Ronin side. We’re building Kaidro so it can grow beyond Web3 while still keeping the original community connected to that growth.

it is not proper axie appears at the top of the charts on marketplace.roninchain.com when axie isn't even on the ronin marketplace. axie has its own marketplace at marketplace.axieinfinity.com, and all those fees go to axie treasury. none of the fees from the axie marketplace go to the ronin treasury. if axie wants to advertise on the ronin market, they need to send a portion of their fees to the ronin treasury. if axie wants to include NFT sales in their PoD score, they need to send a portion of their fees to the ronin treasury. it's annoying we need to fight ourselves (you see this across departments in companies), but this is the design we have now. we should continue to look for win-wins and synergies.

if $ron's main use case is use in @Ronin_Network governance, i think we need to really build more tools around governance: - a public forum with mods - a clear/documented proposal process - clear voting rules - on chain voting if RON's main use case is governance, where is governance? REALISTICALLY: if i have an idea and i want to formally discuss it with the community, where do i start?

Day 20, making noise until @playwildforest is great again! #NEVERSURRENDER in Triangle Jungle Same map, different results, 1v1 We're back with gameplay, against one of my favorite rivals, a formidable opponent who never gives up. Never surrender doesn't mean you can't press the button, but rather that you won't throw in the towel until you truly run out of chances to win or regain control. In the second game, which is truly epic, we can see map control changing hands repeatedly until it's finally consolidated, resulting in an intense 9-minute battle of crucial strategic moves. I always say it, this game has many variations; you just have to know them. But you can always turn the tide unexpectedly by staying calm and focused on using your resources intelligently to make the right decisions. I've been tagging @Hera_Aoe because I'd love for them to check out this game; I feel like they might enjoy the unit management aspect. Which other competitive RTS players could I tag who you think might like this game? the original vision for PoD on @ronin_network involved every day users getting $ron yield by staking their coins with builders. that went away due to implementation complexity, and now there is a void in RON utility imo. the inflation issue is largely solved with the updated tokenomics. that hits the supply side. now the demand side for needs more work. there is opportunity to add new, novel ways for power users to benefit from holding/staking RON under PoD. things like: - offering exclusive experiences for RON holders (game experiences, token generation events, airdrops) - offering discounts/rakeback for high RON hold/time held and high spend - involving token holders in low-medium impact governance votes, getting token holders familiar with the process of voting and making an impact by using their voice/voting power

What's Next for @Ronin_Network Now the migration to ETH is complete, we have faster transactions, better security, PoD, and all the technical upgrades. But not everyone cares about all that stuff or even know what it is. So, what should the players look forward to? Ronin already has a strong lineup of games, and with Atia's Legacy in development, the move is in the right direction. But there's still a clear gap that needs to be filled, to evolve even further. The partnership with Onchain Heroes to deliver AxieDOM was a fantastic idea, executed properly. We need more partnerships/collaboration like this! Ronin’s true potential lies in becoming Ethereum’s premier gamification layer. To get there, we must expand beyond what we are today. We've taken the first step, now we need to take the next.. Axie/Ronin are known globally. Let's leverage that in various ways. With the ETH alignment, we should get more partnership opportunities, that help to shape the next phase for Ronin. PoD is a also nice strategy for attracting old and new builders. From what I see, majority of the games are giving the rewards back to the community which is great. I believe Ronin is just getting started and there's plenty more room for growth. Once again, congrats to the team on executing a smooth migration to Ethereum. Let's keep building!

Ronin just landed on @ethereum! 🔥 And it feels like home. ⚔ For years, @Ronin_Network has been the fastest gaming chain in Web3. Now we've plugged it into the most secure. Security x gaming. We made a short film to celebrate the moment, thread below. 🧵

Here is some clarification on why was @Ronin_Network originaly created and why they say "Ronin is comming home". Ronin was originally created because Ethereum was too slow and expensive for games like Axie Infinity back in 2020. Majority says it's 2021 but trust me in 2020 trying to breed an axie ranged from 90-250$ per breed once crypto started turning bullish. Gas fees and $ETH congestion was insane. At one point GAS cost was ranging from 200 up to 1500$ in 2021. Been there saw that. Simple token swaping on Metamask was impossible if your profits on trades did not exceed these numbers in USD. Meaning you could not do micro trades on anything you see on the market that was not exchange listed. For a game like @AxieInfinity where you had to breed and use many transactions to interact with the marketplace + claim your gaming tokens this would be a dead end. However seeing this obstacle Sky Mavis built Ronin as its own separate blockchain aka Ronin Network. That allowed super cheap and fast transactions for gaming on Ronin. They were free in the beginning. Forget about the $RON price. There was no RON token to begin with. Just Ronin Network running on free transactions for 1 game. Axies. We are talking about the possibility of actually playing a game where you can earn tokens without having to worry about the gas fees, breeding and claiming costs etc. It was revolutionary. Only time you had to pay for the gas was during bridging of AXS, SLP or WETH from Ronin to ETH mainnet where you could transfer it to supported exchanges ( Binance) or swap for USDT and send elsewhere. There was no option to send it to Binance or exchanges directly from your Ronin wallet like we do nowdays. That came later and Binance was the first to make the bridge. That's the playing field we had to deal with. And it worked for a certain period of time until Ronin network evolved to where it is now. Low gas fees, possibility to transfer assets seemslesly beween certain exchanges, having it's own token ( $RON ) , so many games, etc etc. Long story short now in 2026, Ethereum is very different. Ethereum has massively improved through Layer 2 technology, lower costs, and stronger tooling. Because of that, Ronin is now migrating from being an isolated sidechain into an Ethereum Layer 2. Picture it like this: Before: Ronin was its own private highway beside Ethereum. Now: Ronin becomes an express lane directly connected to Ethereum’s giant global highway system. GAS fees and speed was the first issue they had to deal with. Over the years things got better, new possibilities opened and $ETH is still a giant. There are many possible reasons such as security that make sense for Ronin to move back to Ethereum now. Point is SM always tried to make the gaming possible. Even though there were many ups and downs SM finaly decided it's time to go back home to ETH. Pretty sure I could go in bigger depth and make this post much more complicated but I think you get the picture. @Jihoz_Axie feel free to add anything important I might have missed out on or point out anything I might have misinterpreted.
