So a prison wouldn’t let me in today with my EpiPen despite being sent an email over a week ago that I need it at all times. When I argued it they told me “well you won’t be eating anything anyway” 🙃

I have a case management hearing this afternoon. I've just been given access to Common Platform. I'm very confused. According to CP there was a trial back in October (there was & D failed to attend) at which my client was acquitted. I've no idea what I'm doing today now!?!

@Defencebrief The joys of the system! Had a matter the other day, client pleaded in summer. She’s had 4 hearings. She was due to be sentenced in the CC the other day but mags sent it up as trial so CC have had to send it back down to be send up again, that’s another 2 hearings 🙄

DSCC really messing up left, right and centre tonight. 5 duty cases so far. I’ve been given wrong custody numbers, wrong references, another firm has managed to accept a case on our behalf, only found out when an officer called for interview. Going to be a long night 🥲
