🚨 Day 13. Coffee beans treacherously low ⚠️ Chocolate zero. Gin, half bottle. Whiskey, full bottle. Wine, 7 bottles. Steaks 2. Eggs 12. Cans of tuna 6. Fresh fruit and veggies finished. Cheese 200g Wykes Somerset extra mature cheddar 🤘🏽 Skin tone 👻 Netflix completed ✅

@Ashley84483422 Wow 😯 Good work getting it done ✔️ Also max HR isn’t a goal 🙈to keep beating .. I hope you are super young because that’s super high .. The rule of thumb is 220 minus your age as a guideline . Plenty of us sit outside that bell curve however . It’s just an average .

@JetNZUK Same so did BC84.... motivated me enough to get max hr to 216bpm 😳💪🏽

On the days where your workouts feel too hard , do the ‘doable’ stuff. On the days it feels easier to workout , do the ‘hard‘ stuff . You don’t always have to do the hard stuff - but you do need to do some work 💫
