@Greenpig117 Idk I think it depends on your team. If your team shoots block then imo emp punch is worse than charged zarya. But doom is also the character that struggles the most with CC so just counterswap if its an issue

I as a Diamond 1 DPS could probably balance every character, every perk and every role better than the Blizzard dev team currently do. Tank and Support mains would just buff their role to infinity, only a DPS player could keep that balance.
