Ok, folks. We cannot be silent when El*n M*sk and others are tweeting out images of Nazis, etc. It’s not OK. It’s not funny. It’s our duty to combat #antisemitism no matter who it comes from. If you stand up to #KanyeWest but you can’t stand up to #ElonMusk, we have an issue.

Yes, Kanye is antisemitic. Yes, there are and should be consequences for his words and actions. He should have had these consequences when he came out with all of that anti-Blackness years ago, too. See the double standard? 1/?

Black Jews aren’t political pawns or fair-weather Jews. We are essential, inseparable from the future of our Jewish people. So, where’s the investment beyond the performative? Which Black-Jewish-led organizations are we investing in? Black=of the African Diaspora, to be clear 9/?

It’s more than just using the words “Black Jews” or markers like “Jews of Color” to make a point. How are you making the lives of Black Jews better or worse with your words and actions? When this series of events fades away, how far away or close to Black Jews will you be? 8/?
