We had another hot day so now it's almost 30c inside. I've done everything I physically can to keep things cool it's just not working and my head unironically hurts and feels like it's frying

Here's why hot weather in the uk sucks. At the peak of the heat yesterday my ROOM temperature was 28c and 60+ humidity, at midnight it had only dropped to 27 and mid 50s, now it's back to 28 and 60. It's not just that it's hot for us there's also no real break from it

1. Think how to help keep my dogs cool on such a hot day. 2. Close blinds. 3. Turn on fan. 4. Put down cooling pads. 5. Realise dogs aren’t even in the room. 6. Look for dogs. 7. Find dogs lying in the hottest part of the garden, panting like idiots.
