Anyway, Avantis managed to do a fair airdrop for the second time today against all odds (including my own), so at this point I am convinced that it depends on how interested the team is in keeping organical users on the platform in the long term or just cashing out.

@astronomer_zero Is silver the next bitcoin then? Many non crypto are buying into silver and are positive as compared to bitcoin. They are much more excited about silver and see it going much higher

My long term silver positions are up almost as much as what my bitcoin was at peak. Both bought around start 2023. Btc 21.5k -> 125k (5.8 x) Silver: 21 -> 103 (4.9 x) Yet the sentiment on both peaks is quite different. Probably divergence, mostly. But generally also to be written off onto the nature of the asset class. Clear example of how accumulation time contributes to markup stage sentiment. Certainly true for $XAG, it took multiple decades to get just 1 bitcoin-like run. Being crypto heavy for a while now, I almost forgot how hard people celebrate for close to a similar move in a simple metal. I think it's good to keep in mind that things like gold very unlikely will ever do again what btc will still perform. And even if all environmental forces combine and whales squeeze, silver in theory indeed could get close, and did so in practice, but outperformance occurring I still deem rare (for the investors who buy cyclically). Personally got rather lucky and just allocated final %'s to something that was still "cheap" after leftover cash when buying crypto. Things like $UUUU were other options but always feel scary to hold because you generally don't want to see those go up (but oh well here we also are). Either way, silver it was. I can't really deem the sentiment as genuine. In my honest view, no one in their sane mind would go all in silver as if it was a good bet to go large and most probably have a few % just like me as a safety bet that can moon and at least not go down from low prices/skeep you liquid. We have seen it now, but is it truly better than bitcoin? Sentiment wise now, seemingly. But simply looking at it mathematically from my simple amd sensible/realistic example, clearly not really. I vouch for my bags generally. But only at lows not highs, where conviction is needed. I wish for the bulls we truly reach those crazy targets. But I didn't regret doing what I did with Orange Juice too which is selling the majority after major mutli-candle green on the monthly. Likewise for btc, for eth, for almost every alt after substabtial monthly runs. Buy low, sell high.
