@ZypeApp Thank you for responding. I am willing to discuss the matter, however the behavior of the recovery agents was extremely distressing. My family and office staff were contacted and I faced harassment and humiliation. Have shared my contact details over mail. Pls look into this.

Due to financial hardship, requested 2 months to repay dues. Despite written requests,still facing allegedly third-party harassment by @ZypeApp contacting family/friends, sending abusive messages. Requesting attention @RBI @RBIsays for fair recovery, privacy violations. #RBI

Evidence like screenshots, recordings & chats from multiple numbers preserved. Not refusing repayment. Remain willing to clear dues in committed timeframe. However, involving family, friends & colleagues in recovery harassment is unacceptable. #RBI #LoanRecoveryHarassment
