@gmiadlichganja @TheXclusiveAce Making the game more like CoD doesn’t make it more fun. The main reason for the low players in recent previous titles is due to the departure of the core gameplay that made battlefield what it is. The casual BF players just want BF. CoD players just want CoD.

@Jibz__ @TheXclusiveAce That's what the majority of casual players want. If EA/Dice can't convince the casual players that BF is fun, it will die or have the player numbers of BF5. And they can't let that happen.

I'm having a great time playing the BF6 Beta and making BF content but I need to get something off my chest. The level of toxic gatekeeping and the superiority complexes I see from many in the BF community is exhausting. I 100% understand apprehension toward new players coming in and I think BF players should push back against specific instances of outsiders coming in and actively pushing to change the franchise into something it's not. Unfortunately, I'm seeing much more blanket generalizations being thrown around and an active push from many to keep all new players away from "their" game, especially if those players also play CoD. Many new guys genuinely want to learn the ropes and treat BF like BF and this is where the established community should come in to help guide and integrate them. There are plenty of good ones out there that are doing this but they're often drowned out by the very loud "keep ALL CoD players away from MY game" crowd. EA has gone all in with this one and I'm sure their expectations for growth are high. If they fall far short of this, I fear that won't bode well for the future of the franchise. I want Battlefield to thrive but so many of the hardcore fans seem dead set on trying to sabotage any form of growth with unfair generalizations.

If I make a video compiling answers saying Bryan isn’t top 3, does that suddenly make him not top 3? That’s just childish. I feel like if we played a FT10 me using Nina and you using Bryan, I’d win. You might say he doesn’t fit your style, but if he’s really a top 3 character, anyone should be able to perform well with him, right? If he’s really top 3, then why don’t you play him? When Lars was called OP in Season 2, you played Lars, but you’re not playing Bryan, right? That’s because you can’t do good performance with Bryan. The truth is, you just can’t play Bryan. You can’t handle him. That’s why you’re busy playing politics, asking for nerfs. The one who wins in a FT10 is the one who’s right do that. If you can’t, then just keep playing politics. But if you won’t do it, your opinion loses credibility.
