@mattsuarezmusic Well said. I think it is very hard to truly make TikTok work with other streaming platforms. If you are making one of them work, chances are the other side is suffering.

I enjoy when folks multicast, I have no problem watching streams where streamers speak to multiple chats. With that said, there is an exception. TikTok. I absolutely think that the way you have to engage with TikTok is in a league of its own and it’s like watching a streamer not only have ADHD but DEVELOP it live in real time to give it what it demands, I can’t watch a multicast when TikTok is involved. I literally start getting anxiety LMAO TikTok is great while it’s still popping so streaming there has its merits, I just feel like that platform should have your full attention and be streamed on by itself so the other platform’s communities have a better experience. The vibe is sooooo different than every other platform and how you have to interact, it seems to create a very odd disconnect. Just my two cents. Am I alone in this observation/perspective/whatever this is? lol

@meriamber I found it compelling enough to share on my Discord & 1 other so far. Fate told me 2 login 2 X today, which I rarely do anymore. I'll just take that as a win. The truth is that I use social media as little as possible. Just followed U on Blue, which I check somewhat more often.

I had a package delivered today that had been ripped open and taped closed. The thing is it was a personalised book for my son with his full name, birthday and photo on it... and they left 2 other books inside untouched. I've reported it but I am pretty concerned and mad 😡

@dreemonmusic I don't know if this is an IRL person or an online connection, One thing with Twitch lyfe is that people always come & go, both in the short & long-term. It can definitely be really challenging to decide who merits checking in on and when. Some need to go away for good reasons.😢

@mattsuarezmusic I feel you on having zero love for AI music. But, I don't feel like people will connect with AI music over the long term. It will be a novelty. Will it impact and infect music generally? Sure. But, music is largely about human connection, which can't be faked.

There are not enough words to explain how much I despise AI music and what it’s doing to musicians & all artists alike across the board. Everyday my peers, my friends, my family and I get reduced to being needed less and less and put out of work. The future isn’t built for us, so enjoy us while we last. Every time I hear an AI song or jingle, anytime I see an AI poster or flyer, etc, it just turns my stomach a little bit more. Too each their own but there’s literal lives being affected by this new game of digital creation. Soon what was a working gig venue will be filled with AI Juke Boxes where a couple prompts for a couple bucks will get Becky & Dave a good laugh or fun instead of a live band, people don’t interact with people anymore but instead interact with machines. While it’s playful fun for others, it has dyer consequences for people like me going forward in how we/I make a living. It’s not an “adapt or die” situation, it’s not “Art”. It’s easy, it’s gross and it hurts to not only watch it but be affected by it. The sad part is it’s not going to stop, it’s too easy for the common person and it’s probably cheaper. It gets faster, easier and more refined everyday. Cheers to what once was 🍻 It’s just sad. End of rant. Continue doom scrolling ✌️

Stream schedule this week: (eastern time) Thurs (tomorrow)- 6pm Mon through Thurs - 4pm We’re excited for this next chapter, it’s been a wild ride with ups and downs but we’re grateful for the ups. It is extremely important that when Twitch makes mistakes, that they make affected streamers whole. When these mistakes occur, they should be assigned someone to ensure things are fixed quickly & completely. Anything less undermines trust in the platform. @djclancy

Dynamax Falinks is SO much harder than Beldum... ☠️ The lack of a Flying-type charge attack on Charizard hurts, plus Falinks just does WAY more damage 😅 Don't expect to be able to win solo without upgrading your Dynamax moves!! ⬆️

But, in this day and age where I barely watch sports anymore, largely because I am so turned off by how sports gambling basically runs everything now, it is a pretty sick irony.

It’s a travesty to @MLB that Pete Rose wasn’t put in the Hall Of Fame before he passed, the HOF means Jack shit without Rose in it. #RIPPeteRose
