@JimCBW I like Martelli, did a good job at Bryant and it clearly translated to a bigger program, only thing I worry about is availability. Sometimes it’s tough to pull a guy after just one season

Look, I was in on Hodgson as the top choice. But he's out now. Even if he wasn't, Gerry may have lapped him anyway. You have to be fair and take in all angles here. Blair talked about the need to raise $$ today. Gerry might be the ticket to do that. And he can coach a little.

Hell of a performance by G-Mac and Siena. I’ve been a vocal critic of Gerry taking over at Syracuse as of late, but that was ballsy and I’d be happy to be proven wrong. Playing that hard while shorthanded, outgunned, and on the biggest stage is something to be proud of.
