Let’s discuss these accusations of assaults. 59,000+ camera phones in the stadium, so fertile ground for capturing evidence. Yet, I’ve not seen a single example of a Hearts player or official being assaulted. Genuinely - can you show me any examples that would meet the legal threshold of an assault?

ACSOM goes global for a first appearance on CNN World Sport. I’ve been talking up and defending Celtic on numerous platforms across the last week. Meanwhile, it’s open season for those attacking our club with impunity. We know exactly why our success sparks such a meltdown.

@TEnglishSport Oh Tom the danger of writing things in the moment. How do you feel about Martins impact today or even a couple of weeks after this piece when we went to Rotterdam and won comfortably
Lint@Zeshankenzo

"The whole 'Martin O'Neill Effect' thing was so overblown by so many people. "His team beat a poor Falkirk and took extra-time to beat a 10-man Rangers. Some small signs of improvement along the way, but it was hugely exaggerated.” ~ Tom English ~

@TEnglishSport Our European record is abysmal and a major contributor to the discord this season but to talk about gross exaggeration two and a half games into his tenure was over the top. Can you send me a link to yesterday’s piece please

@JimCunningham4 The danger of writing things in the moment? As opposed to writing things in the future? 😂 Things change and views change it. I wrote a big MoN piece yesterday

@IanMurrayMP @GeorgeFoulkes You two have had a terrible couple of weeks. The catastrophic performance in the local Scottish and Welsh elections and now this. I know you are suffering but please don’t blow the final whistle

That wasn't just a win for Celtic. That was a victory for Catholicism, Liberal democracy, the EU, Jeremy Corbyn, B*Witched, the withdrawal method, fish on Fridays, financial fair play, soda bread, Buckfast, the INLA, Charles Stewart Parnell and Bonnie Dundee

@GrahamSpiers My mother is 94 and she still tells me when I need a haircut. However you might want to ask how Hearts were unlucky the other night. They won 3 nil

Some free punditry here from my mother, 97, a Rangers fan, on tomorrow’s title decider in Glasgow. “Now Grahamy, I’m telling you. I’ve been watching Hearts on the telly and they can score goals. I know you know Martin and all that but I believe Hearts might beat Celtic tomorrow. Derek McInnes is a good manager and I think Hearts were so unlucky the other night. I think Hearts can do it.” I’m doing three BBC gigs over the next few hours but if anyone fancies having my mum on instead, just message me here.👍

If Hearts manage to avoid conceding a penalty at Celtic park in their final game, that’s two of the top 3 clubs (Rangers and Hearts) in the Scottish Premiership going a full season without conceding a league penalty since the introduction of VAR in Scotland. 🤔

@PJG_Sport I was finishing second year at University where I was studying French. Got a job as a guide for the St Etienne supporters. One of them had a restaurant near Cannes and he had invited me over to work for him later that summer

50th anniversary of St Etienne v Bayern Munich in European Cup final at Hampden, 1976. Stood on the terraces with St Etienne fans, even though I had O' Grade exam (chemistry) next day, 4th year school. Failed chemistry, but passed French, English, History. Great night. #ASSE #UCL

The upside of this result is that it would most likely allow us to draw one of our next 2 games either against Rangers or Motherwell away. 7 points out of 9 should do us. That’s a good position to be in with 2 home games to come out of 3.

@MLTim88 We are supporters not customers so we don’t exercise normal consumer behaviours of switching brands or supermarkets. On product I’m not going to stop attending because the food offer is poor or we have had a bad season on the pitch. If so I would have chucked it in the early 90’s

24/25 - £729 25/26 - £766 26/27 - £789 In 2 years, ST prices increased by £60 yet the product has remained the same or worsened. Apart from the “inflation” excuse, what justification is there for fans paying £41 a home game? Celtic IS part of our lives, stop taking the piss.
