@joannesmoot @CruiseNorwegian I am on day 120. Still no refund and yes I have the email proof from @CruiseNorwegian that they received my request. I even spoke to a representative the next day who confirmed my request was in their system. And now nothing...no refund after 120 days. It's a joke

@CruiseNorwegian cruise was March 22 out of NYC. You canceled one week prior. I filled out the reimbursement request form on March 24. Email from you confirming. Day 105 now and nothing. Blew right past those 90 days.... Where is the refund?

@CruiseNorwegian I was issued a future cruise credit that I didn't ask for. I applied for the full refund today so hopefully that works and the FCC can be canceled as I never wanted that. Please let me know if I need to do anything to make this happen.

@CruiseNorwegian The "Peace of Mind" policy is a complete joke. Claims 100% refund in the form of a future cruise. FINE PRINT - funds can only be used for voyage fares and admin fees. You must repay for prepaid gratuities, taxes, port fees, etc all over again. What a joke!
