It's probably no secret at this point, but my own mental health hasn't been the greatest as of late. I had to take a step back and take what seemed like an abnormal amount of time off just to get myself back going. Mental health is no joke. It dictates your life. #BellLetsTalk

@AntillesZelk So far taking a day off has been a nice breath of fresh air, I've been feeling nice and relaxed. I'm hoping that things can feel back at a good peak when I return though and not at a canyon dip. Time will tell!

@JimJonQJ A brief interim can bring a spark into the team and a brief relief of GM-ing can help find fun in the sport again

Lord, I hate being a GM sometimes. It's fun and all to run a team, but the unnecessary stresses that come along with it just kill the fun. Maybe I should just take a moment to collect myself and give my mental state a break. All I know is, no matter what... Go A's!

@LloydGrossMLRN Hah! According to the voters I'm not! Honestly, I've talked to my captains about it, and I'm gonna take a break after this session to just recollect myself and give myself a chance to breathe. Thanks for the concern Lloyd, don't forget, you're just as awesome of a GM!

@AntillesZelk Well I'm not afraid of it, more I just don't want to do it during the most important part of our season with it being the playoff push and all, but at the same time it'd be all for naught if nothing came of it.

@JimJonQJ No reason to fear taking a brief break, a fun hobby shouldn't feel like a chore
