Without specific chips with much higher accuracy these missiles are not good. Why do you suppose the russians and China has made GloNass and BeiDou (Because they need accuracy)

@PStyle0ne1 Classic Putin response will be to cause a crisis or escalation around the time of Trumps inauguration. When Trumps backs down then, it will set the tone for their ongoing relationship.
