Current state of the Coco construction. I still assume the new road is temporary while other work is done and then will wind up hugging the new exterior fence.

Looks like fun for pre schoolers but Yikes! Tight space, low capacity, loud and a long train ride to get there. #AnimalKingdom needs to build a theater box fast.

Simple, much needed, well designed and executed, this shaded dining area is a win for guests and as a result a win for #Disneyland.

The new Edelweiss Snacks/Edelweiss Lodge dining area is open across from Matterhorn. The old Motor Boat Cruise platform seating area is also open again.

Winston Road was the public street North of #Disneyland and ran above the red line. The train maintenance building here is labeled “roundhouse”. Winston Road was closed to build #SmallWorld & now guests walk where once was off limits.

Is that faux or real lawn? Looks good either way but it won’t last with guest foot traffic. Lesson learned is don’t built if you can’t keep. What sells in the story pitch doesn’t work in real life. Enjoy this for a week or until the first guest trips. YouTube.com/jimhshull

The Paris characters are built to last. The Florida characters won’t last 6 months (the ones on the lawn I give a month). Printed figures aren’t built to last.

Is Disney’s Hollywood Studios in competition with Disney Adventure World or something? First their Rock 'n' Roller Coaster retheme being better than Flight Force, now the Studios courtyard channelling the Adventure Way gardens’ statues😭

#Disneyland Resort in 2026 opens #Bluey the new #StarWars Land ride game film and Sornin Over America. In late 2027 #Avengers ride will open followed by #Coco 2029 and Avatar or Zootopia (likely the second) in 2031. YouTube.com/jimhshull

Designed and announced #Spaceshipearth would have focuses on storytelling instead of communication. The entrance shown is on the opposite side of SSE. Maybe this design will be built someday.

Disney employs the Sorcerer Hat the way I use ketchup. Both are useful because they add flavor to a dish. But not every time the hat was used was successful and that’s what this video is all about.

If I had the screen technology (30 years ago) for the original #RocknRollerCoaster I would have used it, but I would have toned down the brightness, or picked a #Muppets font for the type.
