@verydarkgreen If it’s any consolation, I share your frustration. Policy-makers regularly make uninformed or biased assumptions about people, then design system and processes that force them into untenable situations. The best decision-makers listen to customers’ feedback and adjust. PDSA!

For the love of god, a test is like the MINIMUM possible thing we could make available to people in ensuring we don't keep infecting each other with COVID, letting each such infection raise the chance of new mutations. And we make it difficult, and we make it cost money

1. Call local hospital to ask how to get tested for COVID there. Get transferred to their "COVID hotline" 2. Agent at COVID hotline expresses puzzlement that I was transferred, since what I need to do is visit the hospital's "InstaCare" and ask for a COVID test
