I quite like him, both as a pundit & a person. In the Wagatha Christie trial he carried Colleen’s files, opened the court door for the legal teams & chatted easily & naturally with fans. He gave patently honest evidence in the witness box. He’s one of those really tough guys who turns out to be a likeable softie, bit like Ian Wright.

No, that's not how ROI on films work. Theaters keep a certain proportion of ticket price. For that reason, we tend to use the ballpark that a film has "recovered its budget" when it grosses 2x the budget. Even then it's an approximation.

@TomABacon You should really learn how the movie business works. As a former cinema owner I can assure you this is NOT true. Most movies only earn cinemas 5-10% and some like big studio (marvel/star wars) earn a whopping 0% of ticket revenue. This is why popcorn and soda are so expensive.
