I disagree. If you want to get down in the weeds about this it let’s start with the sun people vs. the ice people. People living at or near the equator are surrounded with an abundance and did not need to develop critical thinking skills to survive. They did not have to plan. Food was easily obtained. On the other hand, the ice people living between 30-60 degrees North latitude had to plan for winter which required the development of a higher intellect to survive the winters. They had to plan and store. I’m not saying one group of people are superior to the others, they are just many years behind the curve developmentally. So don’t expect too much of them.

What you’re calling a lack of abstraction is often just adaptive behavior to unstable conditions. When resources are uncertain, short-term decision making is rational. Long-term planning requires stability, not just intelligence. Environment shapes both opportunity and cognition.

Opportunity is an abstract noun. These people cannot think in the abstract. Hence, there is a huge deposit of natural resources under their feet. Store it out of sight? Use it as a power source... I think you get it. A good example is to study architecture. If not for the English, in India there would be no buildings over 2 stories tall let alone trains. And yes, there are always outliers in averages. Many become professionals and help society. However, the vast majority (keep in mind there are ~1.451 billion) are of retarded or sub-retired IQ. (Retarded IQ is considered ~75). They have <75 IQers than the US and Europe have total population! Why do you think Modi tries to off-load as many as he can to other countries? So, it’s best to leave them in India. Do not take them into your country. With their bodies come their minds.

It’s because they are easy victims. In my opinion, it’s all IQ based. Where the averages in Africa are in the sub-retarded range (per Western societies) there are always outliers well above the average IQ’s. It’s those with IQ’s above the average that victimize the people at or below the averages. The only way to fix it would be to totally disconnect with Africa and let them fall back into the Stone Age or colonize them and force them into modern society.
