TXT’s director harshly criticized the production team behind NCT’s music video, calling it plagiarism Digipedi gets plagiarized a lot. There were two cases last year too, and even though I was aware of them, I mostly let them slide. To be completely honest, I don’t personally feel that bad about it. I mean, they probably took it because it looked good, and it doesn’t really harm me directly, so if anything, it just leaves me with a weird sense of superiority. The real problem, though, is that it causes simultaneous harm to the models whose likenesses were used, the companies selling those products, and the copyright holders of the original works being plagiarized. I know exactly why these things happen. You can blame the person who made it, but the truth is that there’s a much deeper systemic problem underneath it all. The advertising industry collapsed, the gaming industry collapsed, and now they and their system are coming for K-pop too. I’m not going to get into the details in a shabby place like this. Just don’t plagiarize. I’m leaving this up on purpose so they get called out for it.

@pannchoa If this was belift's fault, belift would have put him in the group right away after all those protest, but turns out it was all heeseung's decision from the beginning, he just used the group as a tool for his success. I hope no OT6 buys his album.
