@CoachSolbakken @coachbdixon @TrackEHS @SHREDmillSpeed @1080motion We’ve been using our T-Apex a lot lately. Data can be trickier to interpret than the 1080, but the concept and functionality are very similar.
1. Sleds = Toyota (simple & cheap)
2. Apex = Buick (mid-tier & more refined)
3. 1080 = Cadillac (expensive & advanced features)

In my opinion, Horizontal Force is the most difficult to train.
Everything in the weight room is pretty much Vertical Force.
Sleds can often be clunky and/or difficult to individualized proper loads easily.
The answer?
@SHREDmillSpeed and @1080motion!
Both are amazing tools for easy and efficient ways to train Acceleration and Horizontal Force!
