A foot has 6 sides (inside/outside/laces/sole/toes/heel), x 2 feet = 12. 12x12 = 144 possibilities to control and pass on a ball. How relevant is this for you and how do you make this trainable as a coach?

Some principles I use. Passquality: - as sharp as necessary, as precise as possible > “put love in the pass” - communicate by the space or foot you pass in > “My pass has a message” Ballcontrol/dribbling: - in the first touch or change of direction > “the ball is always rolling”

@dandeee16 @ReneMaric @IJaSport Another cool variation: Try to bring the ball from one zone in the other one. With both sides starting at the same time (2 balls). It becomes possession to play deep, so a more game related orientation and communication. I prefer placing the goals vertical, or 4 goals diagonal.
