EXCL: Cabinet Ministers are bracing for a reshuffle after the May local elections.  Business Secretary Peter Kyle and Tech Secretary Liz Kendall are being widely touted as at risk of demotion.  The two Blairites lack their own powerbases and so are likely to "go quietly" if given the boot, according to a source.  However, allies of Ms Kendall insist her position has been strengthened after she stood up to Elon Musk's Grok after outcry over deepfakes.  Meanwhile, Deputy Labour leader Lucy Powell is said to be angling for a full Cabinet post.  And while No10 would be keen to bring Angela Rayner back once her tax affairs are settled, the former Deputy PM is not thought to be in any rush to return.
