@JimmyTraina Larry David did this is real life, in Boston he came into the bar my wife worked at during a Pats game & asked for the Jets game. She said if no one was watching one of the tv’s she would change it. He went person to person at the bar asking if they were watching the game or not

Curb Your Enthusiasm should’ve done an episode on being in a sports bar and requesting a game on a TV and then someone else coming in a few minutes later requesting a different game on the TV and the anarchy that ensues.

@JimmyTraina I’ll never forget being at a packed sports bar in North Carolina for the early NFL games and a dude walks in at like 2:30 and asks if they can change one of the TVs to the Jets.

If you want to compare game to game instead of game to series, Game 7 of the NBA Finals between the Thunder and Pacers drew 16.4 million viewers. WBC Final drew 10.7 million.

If you sit next to Jerry for an entire Mets game, you gotta drop a subtle hint that you’d love to have him on.
I would’ve explained that asking people to come on the pod like asking someone to help you move. You don’t want to ask, they don’t want to do it, but it has to be done.
