"The book challenge review process must use the correct legal standard that was determined by the Supreme Court. The Pico standard addresses minor's undeveloped understandings of the world. The District staff is using the Miller standard that requires mature, adult understanding of the world. The agenda-driven American Library Association is trying to brainwash/coerce schools into using Miller through direct communication and flooding the media with bad information.
