@jchensor @jonnittiFGC yeah it also makes balancing the game very different, and if they have two input methods traditional and modern they have to account when balancing for both as they are completely different and make frame data differrent and striking a balance for both is harder

@jonnittiFGC Yup. In fact, the side effects of single button special moves are starting to show. It forces way more extra buttons, it lowers variety (like 3 speeds of Fireballs or like Terry’s Round/Power Wave usage), and some “simpler” inputs like D, D are actually less practical / useful.
