I research more than enough for job. So my "aesthetic compromise" is AI till i can afford a non-scam artist.

@GalmurL @Lunar_Novaa My family and i are in poverty. I dont resort to AI. Learn to draw. Learn to use programs like canva. If you cant/won't do that, free backgrounds exist. Do your research. Sometimes, you have to make aesthetic compromises until you can afford a commission.

@Lunar_Novaa That's well and good. I'm still waiting on model paid for 4 years ago. So I'm now a vroid model. Have used AI to generate 2 backgrounds cause I can't risk what little I have. My families financial stability comes first. I will continue to use AI till I can afford an artist.

Legitimately this is part of the reason why I became a retro streamer. I was already beginning my retro game collection and whenever I get the opportunity, I will legit try to stream games off of original hardware. I know that sometimes emulation is better and not all of these games stood the test of time, but game preservation should be taken just as seriously as books and movies. There can be some benefits to keeping everything on a digital only platforms, but we all know that this isn’t the reason why Sony and other companies are doing this. It’s all about money and having complete control over the market. At the end of the day, they don’t want you to own anything and that’s a future I don’t really wanna be a part of.
