The SEC’s first mission is to protect investors. Under Gary Gensler, the SEC clearly lost its way. He declared war on a technology.. It was an unlawful power grab…and the courts said as much.
By comparison, @SECPaulSAtkins is a breath of fresh air and sanity. He is a model of what leadership at the SEC should look like… he’s focusing on what matters - protecting investors and fostering innovations that help those investors and the markets.

🚨JUST IN: XRP TREASURY EVERNORTH FILES WITH SEC FOR NASDAQ LISTING
$XRP Treasury firm, Evernorth, filed a Form S-4 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, moving closer to going public.
The filing marks a major step toward its Nasdaq debut. The firm plans to list via a SPAC merger.
According to reports, Armada Acquisition Corp. II is the merger partner.
Evernorth announced plans to go public in October. This filing is seen as the final key regulatory hurdle.
