For what it’s worth, Raptors continue to talk/act like a team that’s unworried. Sense is the only thing that would jeopardize the trade is the unlikely scenario where Kawhi’s contract is voided. Any other possible penalty, including suspension, is something they could work around

Doesn’t sound like a resolution is imminent. While it sucks for the teams/players in limbo, the NBA is right not to expedite the process just because Kawhi was traded. But the longer this takes the more pressure they’re under to get it right - whatever that ends up looking like.

As far as I can gather, the only way the trade's in real jeopardy is in the unlikely scenario the league rules to void Kawhi's contract; a messy/unprecedented situation without a clear resolution. Would expect this to get settled soon. Lots at stake for multiple teams/players now
