- 7 London Training Squad sessions
- 2 training camps to Spain
- A lot of fun and laughs

Joining forces with the local tri club, mixing in brilliantly already with plenty of pigeon English 🏴 and Spanish 🇪🇸 being spoken 🗣️
Morning 2.5 - 3km pool 🏊 swim ✅

His first time trial up the Ballet School hill was 2.36 and he nearly passed out 🥵 Fast forward a few years and he now leads the group out to various points and recorded the third fastest time by a pupil at the school of 1.26 🙌👏
That’s what the club is all about 🙏

Special little mention to WB - he’s happy for me to say he cried his eyes out on at his first triathlon club appearance. He was very inexperienced on the bike and scared of going on any form of road around the school.

As they trot off to concentrate on GCSEs 📚 and study leave, I wish them all the very best. Great company and good lads, I’m sure they’ll be a success in whatever they choose to do in life.

For the last 6 weeks I have tried booking a @LBRUT venue to coach a bunch of motivated 10-14 year old triathletes, in conjunction with another region. A great opportunity for everyone involved. Still no luck when I know the venue isn’t being used then. It’s like pulling teeth 🤬

Having not rained for a whopping 48hrs, we took to the jumps for the first time this term.
Always a fun session which is the most important thing but also so good for confidence levels, bike handling skills and extra KMs in the legs getting there!

No intervals, efforts, repeats, challenges, competitions…..just a stress busting chill out ride.

Unreal improvement from everyone so far and seeing the buzz and boost they got after shouting out the times was great 😀
