Finally hit 1700 in Rapid on chess com. I plateaued at 1600-1650 for a long time. Hopefully 1800 comes a bit quicker, but you never know. Chess is hard. #chesspunks

@CreamTickle Classic Karhu was nice. Reminded me of PBR (which I like), but less hoppy... more wheaty. I enjoyed the 2 cans I had on two seperate nights after I closed my woodshop and just relaxed under the stars.

All of Suomi is just messing with me at this point, joo? Karhu is the only Finnish beer I have ever had and I enjoyed it... but come on.

Quick update… DVD is too scratched and skipping all over the place. Just paid $15 to Bezos to buy the 2006 blockbuster. I will now be hosting movie nights every Sunday airing Curious George until I feel that I’ve bought the value back.

Tonight, my boy wanted to watch the 2006 blockbuster hit, Curious George, that used to be free streaming. For some reason I knew we had it on DVD and we even have a PS4 to play it. My son asked, “what’s a DVD?” So, tonight I got to avoid a $3.99 rental fee and explain DVDs.

Son was just surprised that I, too, played Marco Polo as a kid in the water. He then asked if I played in a lake because he assumed pools hadn’t been invented yet. Feel like I will have to get him back by never teaching him to tie his shoes. He’ll be 15 rocking the velcros.
