@JackWills Hey Jack Wills, just received an item which I paid full price for and it has a sale label claiming it’s £20 cheaper! Feeling a bit cheated here! Can you help?

I went to see for myself Southern Water's toxic plastic beads clean up operation and guess what, is a sham. 6 days ago John Penicud from SW told @BBCPM @EvanHD "I'm at the beach at the moment and we've got around 70% of those beads now fully cleaned up". This is what SW's clean up operation actually looks like. Local volunteers however are still trying to clean up the beach and they tell me the pollution now stretches all the way along the coast as far as Dungeness a distance of over 10 miles. The also tell me the plastic beads are also threatening the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve home to over 4200 species of plants and animals. I think we all know who the real heroes are here.

These 2 women have broken my💔One is a role model in my 📕 about this campaign, her speech FOR swift bricks 2 years ago, extremely powerful. The other has supported from the start (she used to be the CEO of the RSPB!) It’s gutting they voted AGAINST swift bricks. I believed them

These are the people who blocked the swift brick amendment last night. 102 Labour Peers thanks to the rather extreme 3 line whip which just goes to show how much #Labour do NOT want to help nature let alone swifts. Normally a 3 line whip is used for fairly extreme amendments.

Apparently swift bricks are just too costly. Sorry guys, swifts& their 50 million year old existence& the category of most accessible urban birds, just isn’t worth the cost. Bye bye birdies. If you disagree tell steve.reed.mp@parliament.uk

I’m joining him for a chunk of a last walk - see if you can join us. He’s heading from #Monmouth to #Chepstow tomorrow Wednesday 3/9 then penultimate day is #Chepstow to #Newport and then for his final day - get behind him #Southwales !! - he’s going from #Newport to finish in #Cardiff#Tigerbay of course… It’s an epic challenge - raising money for endangered tigers - and you can support him with donations at justgiving.com/page/2legsfor4 - website with maps and details 2legsfor4.co.uk #2legsfor4@WalesOnline ….

Sadly signs have started to appear in the Chess Valley. Poaching has become a problem, they damage property, leave litter, discard fishing tackle including line & hooks which harm & kill wildlife. Be under no illusions these are not modern day Robin Hoods. Do not approach them.

@Feargal_Sharkey You work your butt off the improve habitat and you start to see a sustainable wild fish stock coming back and this happens. Zero respect for the environment or wildlife. Had poachers on the river at 6.30am this morning. @RiverChess

I’m not saying there’s a problem with our waterways and nutrient levels here in the UK, but . . . . How about it @EnvAgency?

My friend Paul is planning a crazy charity mission this summer that will hopefully raise a fortune for very worthy causes -- with your assistance, involvement and donations! Paul @paulgoldstein59 is going to walk 25 (!!) marathons from Tigerton in Scotland all the way to Tiger Bay in Cardiff. Wearing his huge, heavy, glorious tiger suit. And he wants us to join him. Are you up for it? Take a look: 2legsfor4.co.uk Paul wants walkers to join him and raise money for any four-legged creature. Or you can add your support to his chosen project: helping purchase a rescue vehicle in Bandhavgarh National Park, India, used to relocate or treat injured animals, particularly tigers, elephants, and bison. Support this specific cause and donate here: justgiving.com/page/2legsfor4 2legsfor4 … it’s something wonderful, meaningful and memorable to support and get involved with. 25 walking marathons - Go on, take a look: 2legsfor4.co.uk

"Water firm warns of possible hosepipe ban." So here's a prediction for you, unless there is biblical amounts of rain over the next few weeks by the end of August most of England will be operating under a hose pipe ban. Severn Trent, Anglian Water, Thames Water, Souther Water et al. And while that's going on remember this this, they've taken £84 billion of our money out of those companies, saddled them with £74 billion in debt and in return we can't even turn our taps on. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…
