Friends! There are many of you following our account who comment every day, and you have become so important to us. We never take it for granted and we feel we know you so well. One of those gorgeous people, @muir373 is an especially big part of our community and many of you talk with her through our account. Today, she is going into hospital to have an operation on her back. Please send her love and positive thoughts for a speedy recovery. We’ll miss her for a few days, but she’ll be back as soon as she can. We love you, Caroline ❤️

I went to the shelter yesterday to look at dogs. Our sweet dog died 6 weeks ago. A woman came in with a two week old kitten who was bottle fed- she could not keep him due to work and she had no choice but to bring him in. They let her know kittens were put down immediately due to lack of staff unable to bottle feed. Meet Mango. He is two weeks old, his motor is insanely loud and he eats like a champ. I do not need another cat but the cat distribution system felt otherwise. 🧡

@Malcolm_theCat Beautiful eyelashes BD. My boys hate the smoke alarm too but it’s there to save us in the unfortunate event of a fire. You seem to be calm now and and Malcy was a very naughty boy! xx

Chums! Baby Dog here. Thank you for all the lovely kind messages about Malcy’s ‘Adventure’ yesterday. I was upset by the whole thing, especially the horrible smoke alarm. Afterwards, I had some relaxing time in the garden to calm down. If you need some calm, here’s a couple of minutes of ‘Eric’s Eyelashes and Birdsong’ to help 💚

@Malcolm_theCat Oh dear Malcy. I feel for Mum, my Hugo ran out a very small space on an open door a few months ago and it took me the best part of two hours chasing him around the back yard to catch him. You should know better Malcy after all you scared everyone a few years ago.

Friends! I am officially in the Dog House. It’s been a difficult afternoon for Mum and the Teenage One, and I didn’t help matters…. The Teenage One burnt something on the cooker, and it got very smoky in the kitchen. The smoke alarm went off and Baby Dog started crying because it hurt his ears. Mum opened the kitchen window to let the smoke out, whilst trying to stop the smoke alarm going off. She was then trying to calm Baby Dog, stop the oil from smoking on the top of the cooker, and checking the Triplets were nowhere near the kitchen. Guess what I did? I’m ashamed to say I jumped out of the window. I didn’t mean to - it was instinct. Then I led Mum a ‘right merry dance’ as she put it. She ran out the front to get me, and I ran round the back and jumped the fence into the back garden. Mum ran into the garden and I jumped the fence into next door’s garden. Etc etc. Eventually Mum rattled my food bowl and I came back. I know I was very, very naughty, and I’m sorry. I don’t know what came over me! 🙀 #Caturday

Friends! I know you are all waiting to see what Baby Dog looks like after his Groom. But it’s #Caturday so first, I’m going to show you how I waited for him to come home last night. I tried to distract myself with a Mouse, but I was worrying a bit about him, and kept looking at the door. Mum thinks I’m very sweet 🩶

Friends! Thank you for all the World Book Day fun yesterday! Today we are back to Serious Business because Baby Dog is going for his GROOM! Ron seems to know, because he’s currently having a cuddle with Baby Dog’s Floof, like he’s saying goodbye to it! The Teenage One is accompanying with an appropriate favourite song 🧡

Friends! I think Baby Dog has some sort of Spring Fever! He’s giving Hamish and Banana-Arnold a hard time, and the Sofa Cushions are also suffering. He has his Groom in a couple of days and it can’t come soon enough. I’m hoping it will calm him down! #dogsofx
