It indeed is that simple, working things out together will always get you more long term success then just Team hopping, but some Players Egos just cant handle that.
Finding your own playstyle and really getting to know the Team will be an significant advantage.

One thing that a lot of T2 teams will never undertand. If you stick together for 6 months+ you will always have an advantage over the other teams competing because longevity & loyalty does not exist anymore.

Last year, we just did top 3 CL and NONE of us got his chance or even at least a trial, not talking about me cuz I was shit but Tazzy, Skiddy and Beuster were just beast sooooo not completely truth, idk if there is any real scooting too

I agree a bit, but why would they take a chance on a player that was mid in T2 for 5 years... I feel like every talent that is really up and coming gets his chance in trials after a few months... if those dont work out, usually you wont make it really And also proven players/mentality/mindset helps a lot when u build a team
