On Thursday eve I booked rtn @Ryanair flights London/Malaga for a family holiday. It appears that my surname was changed by Ryanair on the booking from "Reed" to "Redgrave". Now you won't let me change it back without a £230 charge...1/5

The responses from your customer services are very odd- I'm told they're humans but its like they are all Chatbots, yet working from different manuals. And then you get cut dead. When I call I'm told I've called before and get cut off. The 48hrs is fast approaching. PLEASE HELP.
